Waxahachie Subdivisions

 

Arbor At Willow Grove is located East of Waxahachie just North of Hwy 287.  The homes vary in price from $160,000 to $280,000 or from $75 to $89 square foot.  The homes in Arbor At Willow Grove are recent construction from 2008 to new construction.

Belle-Vue subdivision is located on the south side of Waxahachie just off of Business 77.  The price range of the homes were constructed in the 1950's and reflect the low ranch style from the 1950's with mature trees.  The price of the homes is from $90,000 to $110,000 with square feet of 1,300 to 1,800.  The price per square foot is from $60 to $80.

Bent Creek Estates is located north of Waxahachie East of Business 77.  The homes in Bent Creek were built in the early 2000s with square feet of 2,000 to 3,000 and a $/square foot of $80 to $95.  Bent Creek has large lots usually one acre with graceful streets.  The homes are brick with many stone accents.

Chapman Place subdivision was developed in 1960 and 1970 and contains custom built homes from 1m500 to 1,900 square feet.  The prices vary from $145,000 to $275,000 depending on the amenities and size of the home.  The subdivision is in town with city water and sewer.  The subdivision is locate close to the Northgate Shopping center with easy access to schools, hospitals and shopping.

Cliff Estates is a great first time home buyer location with quality built smaller homes.  The homes were built in mid 2000's and vary in size for 1,100 to 1,500 square feet.  Cliff Estates is located east of town off of Hwy 287.

Indian Hills is located North of 287 on the East side of Waxahacie off of FM813.  Indian Hills has  2 phases to the subdivision that make it seem like different subdivisions.  The first phase started in the early 1980 and continue with a phase having homes built in 2008.  The older phase of Iindian Hills has mature trees with a style of  home common from 1980 to 1990.  The size of the homes range from 1,600 to 2,100 square feet.  In the new phase the homes are open concept with living area being open to the kitchen and eating areas.  Each house is unique and you must look to see if it meets your needs.
      
University is located North of downtown and west of Business 77.  University Street is off of 77 is by the Burger King.  The University area truly shows the diversity of Waxahachie.  Home range in age from the 1940's to 2000.  The areas are separate with 3 University Streets leading off of the front of SAGU.  The size and prices of homes vary.
             
Gingerbread is located off of Brown Street to the North and East of downtown.  The homes were built in the late 1970's and continue through 2005.  The homes range in size from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet with some 2 bedroom, 2 bath homes.  Older area has mature trees with the smaller homes, the newer phase has the larger homes.

River Oaks is locate East and North of downtown just South of By Pass 287.  This subdivisions also has multiple phases starting in the late 1970 and continuing building through 2008.  Wide selection of homes, some first time homes in this area.

Cliff Estates is located on East from River Oaks off of By Pass 287..  Cliff Estates is just South of the By Pass.  Homes are good started homes with square feet of 1,100 to 1,600 square feet and were built since 2000.  Waxahachie has built a new school just  North of the subdivision.


Casa Lindia

Northgate is located North of downtown and just South of Hwy 287 with access from Business 77.  The homes were built in the 1970's and range in size from 1500 to 1,900 square feet.
 
 
Settlers Glen is located West of Waxahachie just North of Hwy 287 on FM 664 (Ovilla Road).  Settlers Glen subdivision start in 2005 with homes from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet.  The subdivision has city water and sewer, a community park/play ground.  Homes are priced from $120,000 to $175,000 and include new construction.


Buffalo Ridge is located east of Waxahachie just north of Hwy 287.  Buffalo Ridge homes were built since 2005 to current builds and has slightly oversized lots with city water and sewer.  The homes are priced from $135,000 to $180,000 with square feet varying from 1,350 to 2,600.  The subdivision is across the street from the new Junior High School and has a pond with walking trail.


Country Meadows is located just North of Hwy 287 off of Business 77.  The subdivision is close to Target and Lowes.  The subdivision was started in 2005 and includes two sections.  The first section is built with Hardie plank and the second phase is brick homes.  The price of the homes are from $110,000 to $170,000 with some new construction available.


Karsen Heights is located off of FM 879 North of Hwy 287 and was built by History Maker.  The homes are from 1,400 to 3,000 square feet and the age is from 2004 to 2010.  Karsen Heights offer excellent starter homes with low cost dollar per square foot.  The price range is $45 to $60 per foot.
