Park Place Subdivision is located between FM 1387 and Mockingbird.  You can access the subdivison from either road by taking Midlothian Parkway until you get to Mockingbird or FM 1387.  Park Place  has an older section and a newer section.  In the older section the home can be from 1200 square feet  to 2000 square feet.  The newer homes are larger in square feet.


Overlook Subdivision is located off of Hwy 67 just North of Business 287.  Overlook is on the West side of Hwy 67.  The homes in Overlook were built primarily in 2000.  One builder was Choice Homes with average square feet of 1600 square feet.

Green Acres

Long Branch Subdivision is located off of FM 1387 by Longbranch Elementary school.  You can access the  subdivision by taking Midlothian Parkway to FM 1387 the east to Longbranch or you can take FM 664 (Ovilla Rd) to FM 1387 and then go West to Longbranch.  Longbranch has a wide selection of designs and floorplans with a wide range of square feet.  The Longbranch elementary school is a quality school.  Check the Texas Education Agency website for more information.

Millbrook Subdivision is located behind the Overlook Subdivision off of Hwy 67 just North of Hwy 287.  The homes in Millbrook are larger than the homes in Overlook subdivision.

Valley View


Midlothian Meadows is located off of FM 663 South of business 287.  Go just past the high school and the subdivision will be on the west side of the road.  The home in Midlothian Meadows were built in the 1960 and 1970's.  Has very good access to the new Midlothian Hwy 287 bypass.  Homes are varying sizes depending on the phase of Midlothian Meadows.

Oak Hollow
Kensington Park is another newer subdivision in Midlothian off of FM 1387.  The subdivision has homes from $140,000 up in price range. 

Meadows At Longbranch was built in the late 1990's and during 2000's.  The subdivison has multiple phases with homes varying in size from 1,500 square feet to over 3,000 square feet.

Hill Crest subdivision is located in southern Midlothian off of FM 875 and FM 663.  The homes sit on large lots, most 1 acre.  The homes are from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet.
Cross Creek

Rosebud subdivsion has upscale homes with many homes having granite counter tops  and extra amenities.  The homes are larger going from 1,800 square feet to over 3,500 square feet.  Lot are reasonable size with the subdivison having an HOA.  FM 875 goes to Waxahachie to the East and to Venus and Hwy 157 to the West.  Going North on FM 663 takes you to the Midlothian Hwy 287 bypass.

Cimarron Meadows subdivision has one acre lots with homes from 1,800 sq ft to 2,500.

Saddle Back Creek is upscale subdivision that is located in Midlothian ISD.  Take Hwy 287 to Plainview, go South to Saddle Back Creek.  Custom homes with varying  floor plans and elevations.

Mid-Villa Estates subdivision is located off of FM 664 just north of FM 1387.  Take Midlothian Parkway to FM 1387 until it ends at FM664.  Turn left and go left until you reach Mid-Villa Estates on the left.  Large 1 arce lots with space for workshops and great living.

Crystal Forest subdivision has homes from $220,000 to $400,000.  The finish out will vary depending on the builder with most having granite counter tops and the appointments found in homes built since 2004.  The homes vary in square feet from 2,200 to over 4,500 and are priced accordingly.  Has access to I35 via FM 875.

Lake Ridge subdivision in Midlothian is an extention of the same planned development that is in Cedar Hill by Joe Pool lake.  The homes vary in size from 2,400 square feet to over 5,000 square feet with most homes have great appointments and finish out.  This section of Lake Ridge is in the Midlothian School District.

Brandi Ridge

Eagles Nest subdivision is unique since the subdivision includes a run way for small planes landings and take offs.  Most homes have hangers for airplanes and the homes are upscale.  As you would imagine most home owners have a strong intested in aviation.

Plum Creek sudivision is one of the many upscale neighborhoods in Midlothian.  The homes are gracious with great features and floor plans.  The homes are custom built so each is unique to the desires of the home owner and the builder.

Jordan Run has a minimum requirement of 5 acres of land for each home.  Wonderful area with many of the homes having great views since Jordan Run sits on top of a hill overlook valleys to both sides.  Homes are from low 2,000 square feet to over 5,000 square feet.  the price vary from $250,000 to over $1,000,000.
