The Intelligent Choice!

I was born in Southern Illinois but came to Texas as soon as I could, before my 10th birthday.  We moved to Abilene, TX as part of the oil and gas boom that occurred at that time.

Went to Abilene High School where my passion was cars, especially a 1953 Studebaker with a Chevy 283 engine.  My passion for cars continues today with my 1966 Mustang and 1993 Anniversary Addition Corvette.  Both cars are Maroon; I graduated from A&M in ’66.

At different times my interests have been horses or golf.  Played golf off and on for 40 years.  Never very good but the friendships made were priceless.

The horses were for my daughters but I was fascinated with them and we owned and rode horses for 24 years.  We ended up moving on 20 acres in Cedar Hill so we could be with our horses and to make it easy to get to play days, relay races, and pony express races.  It was tough getting up at 4am to go feed the horses or  deliver water.  The only solution was to buy land and build a house.  Sad to grow up and not have the horses anymore.

Real estate is something that I enjoy for the opportunity to learn and help people achieve their dreams.  I was lucky to have a wonderful place to raise a family and live for 23 years.  Great place to ride horses, let the kids drive the old pickup and have family outings.
